兵庫県芦屋市での店舗併用住宅の計画です。敷地は芦屋川上流の高台に位置し、神戸から大阪までを見渡せる絶好のロケ－ションです。この立地条件を最大限に有効利用する事が計画の主題となりました。また、プ－ルを併設する事が強く要望された事も特徴的な要望でした。計画は建築内部からの風景が隣接する建物を巧妙に排除し、空と遠方に見える風景、光と風などの要素だけを存分に感じられる構成となる事が意図されています。

ASHIYA-Project / House plans with shop in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture. The site is located upstream Ashiyagawa hill, overlooking a great location from Kobe to Osaka - the application.
