スタイリッシュな生活空間である事とセキュリティー面へのケア、明るく開放的な空間構成とする事が要望されました。計画は外部に対して開口部を極力持たない壁で四周を囲い込む事でセキュリティー面の向上を図り、内部にテラスとして利用されるドライな中庭と、観賞用として利用されるウェットな中庭（水盤）の二つを挿入し、それらを中心に各室が展開する構成としました。真っ白く塗りつぶされた色彩は、季節や時刻によって様々に移ろいゆく表情を記録する為の空間構成を意図しています。
