埼玉県川口市に建設予定のキリスト教会コンペへの計画案です。桜並木に面したロケーションを生かして、礼拝堂から桜並木が望めるよう計画しました。また、ただ単に集いの場としての「教会」ではなく、災害時のシェルタ－としての機能も担えるよう構造は鉄筋コンクリート造とし、架構もアーチ型に変形させた斜材を補強材として耐震性を向上させ、インテリアとしても露出させる事で教会特有の雰囲気作りができるよう演出に役立てた計画としています。

Church of the cherry trees / Competition is a plan for churches to be built in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture. Location overlooking the cherry trees alive, so they can be better planned from the chapel cherry trees. Also, as a meeting place just "church", rather than shelter during disasters - the structure that better transportation function as is and reinforced concrete, improving earthquake resistance as reinforcement to the diagonal transformed into an arched even frames we are planning and directing are benefits that can create an atmosphere unique to expose it as a church interior.
