敷地は分譲地の敷地内の一角であり、その敷地の多くが斜面の為、 通常では計画及び販売が難しいと予想される事から、 建売として計画された住宅です。建築はＲＣ造の橋げたに木製トラスを掛け渡し、 そのトラスの中に居住空間を挿入する構成としました。 斜面を現状のままで活用する事によりコストを軽減し、 且つ眺望の良さも獲得できる構成になるのではないかと考えました。 一見ネガティブに思われていた敷地でも、 その敷地のポジティブな側面を最大限に引き出し価値観を逆転させる事で、 敷地に対する新たな挑み方を見出す提案になる事を期待しています。
M-Project / The site is a corner of the subdivision site, the site for many of the slopes, usually because it is difficult to forecast and sales plan, it was planned as a ready-built houses. RC construction of a bridge, passing a wooden truss manufacturing multiplied and tried to insert the configuration of the truss in the living space. By reducing the cost of utilizing the slope it stands, might be thought to be composed with a good win and view. Even thought the site was negative at first glance, it reverses the values to maximize the positive aspects of the site, and I hope you will find suggestions for a new challenge site.
