貸店舗を併設した集合住宅の計画です。敷地は再開発が終了した私鉄駅前に位置し、店舗などの収益物件としては申し分のない好条件ではあるのですが、同時に猥雑になりがちなので住環境としては好ましくない条件にもなりえます。その為、計画は集合住宅のバルコニーを駅前から90度振った南面に向け、駅側に面する東側は全面ビルボ?ド（広告壁）とする事により、プログラム／ロケーション／フォルムの要素を素直に具現化しました。
